It is hard for Poppy James to figure out just the right way to beg PD for what she wants. She is just a little too slow to keep up with him. He gives her an order and she barely manages to grasp it before he has changed the commands. Until she catches up all she can expect is more painful reminders of how slow she is. And once she has he will probably just think of other reasons to punish her.
